As an Account Executive at TruStage, I partner with credit unions to provide innovative and customized solutions that meet and exceed their needs and expectations. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed a deep understanding of current challenges and the opportunities to grow and thrive. I am also a consultant and a lifelong learner, pursuing my M. Ed. at the University of West Florida. I leverage my experience in strategic planning, adult learning theory, ADDIE, instructional design, virtual and face-to-face facilitation, root cause analysis, and team leadership to create engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. My mission is to simplify the complex and empower learners to achieve their goals.
